Cologne/Overland Park (April 2025) – CBS International Business School has once again demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence and global standards in business education by earning renewed study programme accreditation from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

The reaccreditation was officially granted by the IACBE Board of Commissioners during their April 2025 meeting in Overland Park, Kansas, following a comprehensive process that included a self-evaluation report and an external peer review. This decision confirms CBS’s unwavering dedication to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and ethical leadership in higher education.

A Milestone of Quality and Innovation

CBS has been IACBE-accredited since 2016, making it one of the first universities in Germany to receive this prestigious international recognition. The renewed accreditation reinforces the global relevance and academic rigor of CBS’s business programmes. It also reflects the institution’s alignment with IACBE’s nine core principles, which emphasize strategic planning, innovative and outcome-focused curricula, faculty and student development, and a culture of accountability and integrity.
