The CBS International Business School was voted second best digital education provider in Germany in the current ranking of the magazine “WirtschaftsWoche”. Based on a survey carried out in September 2020 among users of 115 digital education offers. With its successful conversion to digital teaching formats at the beginning of the pandemic in spring, as well as the current dual course offers in face-to-face and online teaching form, the CBS was able to meet the high standards of a private university of applied sciences.
“We are delighted to receive this award and all the more pleased that we were able to offer students a good solution in these difficult times through digital teaching formats”, emphasises Prof. Dr. habil. Elisabeth Fröhlich, President of the CBS International Business School. “It is important to us that – no matter which format students use to participate in courses – they receive the best possible support. We are convinced that our university is well equipped to meet future challenges with innovative and concepts which are continuously being optimised”.
Today more than ever, it is the aim of the CBS to offer students the right tools to start their career. In addition to adapted teaching concepts, the CBS is also constantly working on new networking opportunities for students. Thus the Study Buddy programme connects international freshmen with current students to support them settling into “off-campus student life”.
