Faculty, Press releases   -  8. May 2019

Cologne Business School (CBS) was voted Germany’s best private University of Applied Sciences in the field of business administration in the university ranking of the WirtschaftsWoche magazine.

For this year’s ranking, more than 650 HR managers were asked which university graduates from which university would best meet their expectations. The CBS again scored above-average among them and impressed with its practice-oriented study concept, which optimally prepares students for the demands of the working world.

CBS President Prof Dr Elisabeth Fröhlich: “We are delighted with the excellent result in the personnel ranking, which confirms that our students receive a first-class education at our university. Due to our study concept, they not only receive sound specialist knowledge in business administration, but also gain important work experience during their studies through business projects and compulsory internships. Our graduates are among the most sought-after junior employees in the job market because of this high practical orientation.”
