Implications for the Education of Responsible Management and the advancement of SDGs. The 7th International Conference on Responsible Management Education will take place as a virtual conference from 18 to 21 October 2020. The overarching theme of the conference invites participants to explore the impact of digital transformation on responsible management education and SDG achievement.
Digital technologies and artificial intelligence are becoming established in society, leading to a paradigm shift in the way companies do business and how universities and business schools prepare their students for the business world. Accordingly, there is a growing need to explore how the digital transformation can help promote responsible leadership and support the achievement of SDGs. At the same time, the question arises as to what challenges these groundbreaking technologies pose for responsible management and sustainable development and how research can contribute to this discussion. Therefore, the seventh edition of the RME research conference will put a special focus on the link between digital transformation, education on responsible management and SDGs.
The RME Research Conference is an ideal place to test and discuss new ideas, so we encourage proposals for innovative ideas. Our goal is to create a welcoming and friendly environment where we succeed in challenging the existing knowledge base and assumptions, thus advancing the debate on Responsible Management Education and SDGs.
