Im Rahmen meiner Beratertätigkeit war ich unter anderem für die Asian Development Bank in China, die Deutsche Gesellschaft für technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) in Äthiopien, für das katalanische und baskische Finanzministerium in Spanien, für die Vereinten Nationen (UNDP) in Montenegro, für das Forum of Federation in Indien und Brasilien sowie die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) auf den Philippinen und in Ghana, Nepal, Pakistan und Südafrika tätig. Für die Weltbank war ich als Consultant in Südkorea und den USA im Einsatz. Als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter war ich für das Europäische Parlament, den Deutschen Bundestag und die Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt am Main beschäftigt. Für das Institute of Local Public Finance, GmbH bin ich als Geschäftsführer tätig.
