Cologne will be the meeting place of international scientists, politicians and economic experts in the field of sustainable management from November 14 to 16, 2018. Due to the initiative of the Center for Advanced Sustainable Management (CASM), the Humboldt University of Berlin and the Hamburg School of Business Administration, the 8th International Conference on Sustainability and Responsibility will be held for the first time on the Rhine metropolis.
Under the main theme “Responsible Leadership in Times of Transformation” the conference will focus on the exchange between international experts and the audience in various discussions and workshops. The conference aims at reflecting upon sustainability and responsible leadership from an international perspective in order to jointly develop future-oriented solutions.
Prof Dr René Schmidpeter, Head Chair Center for Advanced Sustainable Management (CASM), said about the conference’s relevance: “The International CSR Conference is considered to be one of the leading symposia in the field of CSR and sustainable management. Since 2012 top international players have come together to promote the transformation of business, politics and society towards sustainable development. ”
